Meet Lauren Scott, author of Gingerbread Cookies After Christmas

Since she was a kid, Lauren has enjoyed writing and creating art. She also enjoys baking, hiking, and traveling.

Lauren has a Master's of Education and worked in the education field as a special education teacher. While teaching, Lauren began making educational resources to use with her students and continues to create more as she gets ideas.
